How does transport work on the platform?
This is how transport works on the platform:
- As a professional, you associate each of your products with the transportation services you consider.
NOTE: For example, for products without the need for refrigeration, you can associate cold transport in addition to non-refrigerated transport. This is recommended for cases in which in the same order there are both products that need refrigeration and products that are not affected by the fact that they are transported cold. You can extrapolate this to similar cases to optimize your logistics and ensure that your orders go in a single shipment. - The customer makes his purchase by adding products to the cart.
- The platform automatically selects in real time the optimal mode of transport for your client -from all those you have associated-, depending on the origin, destination and characteristics of the shipment (quantity, weight, etc.).< /li>
- The price of the transport service associated with the references is added (if it is not free) to the total price of the selected products and the customer pays the entire price (products + transport).
- You receive the payment in full. If this is the case, you will have to agree the payment terms with the delivery company that performs the service.
